While the real estate market in Hawthorne CA has been a bit slow but certainly steady, the gated community of Three Sixty in the Hollyglen neighborhood has been
historically slow. Up until a few weeks ago there hadn’t been a listing for months. Currently there are three homes for sale and they range from the smallest layouts to one of the largest 3 bedroom layouts. Today we wanted to bring to your attention the newest listing to hit the market.
Although it’s not our listing we’re happy to report that there is another townhome for sale to hit the market in this great community. Take a look at the homes currently for sale in Fusion South Bay.
5506 149th Place #4 is of of the larger 2 bedroom layouts and is an E townhome style floorplan offering 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath. This popular layout features a traditional floorplan with a 1st floor living room with a few steps up to the dining and kitchen areas as well as a 1/2 bath. The top level features 2 suites each with en suite bath along with the laundry area. With approximately 1,410 square feet makes this one of the larger homes in the community.

Welcome to the month that was for real estate in Hawthorne CA. The average prices dropped a bit but home sales were still impressive for the month.
The average “list” price was $931,209 with the average sold price at $925,145 compared with a very impressive August average of $1,006,574 so prices dropped a bit last month.
The average price per foot was $669 with the average days on market 34 which was almost identical to August.
We are happy to report that one of the sales was ours as we represented the buyer on 12920 Central #301 in Three Sixty South Bay.

The average “list” price was $984,305 with the average sold price at $1,006,574 meaning homes generally sold right around the list price. Home prices were almost identical to the month earlier.
The average price per foot was $635 with the average days on market 35 which was quite a bit longer than the average DOM of 21 in July.

Welcome to the month that was for real estate in Hawthorne CA for this July 2023. Things slowed a bit in July with 21 homes selling compared with 31 home sales in June….which was a pretty big month.
The average “list” price was $886,790 with the average sold price at $887,357 meaning homes generally sold right around the list price. Home prices were almost identical to the month earlier.
The average price per foot was $676 with the average days on market 21 which was extremely short…..so much for interest rates slowing down the market.

Things kept on an impressive pace in the real estate market of Hollyglen and Del Aire in Hawthorne with 7 homes that sold during the month at an average price of $1,068,346. The average “asking” price was $1,017,532 meaning that homes generally sold well above the list price.
Homes averaged a very short 14 days on market before going into escrow. No home sales were in Three Sixty but one sale was in the nearby gated community of Fusion South Bay.
