While the real estate market in Hawthorne CA has been a bit slow but certainly steady, the gated community of Three Sixty in the Hollyglen neighborhood has beenFusion townhomes in Hawthorne historically slow. Welcome to the month that was for real estate in Hawthorne CA.  The market is clearly alive and well with the homes that sold averaging over $1,000,000!

The average “list” price was $984,305 with the average sold price at $1,006,574 meaning homes generally sold right around the list price. Home prices were almost identical to the month earlier.

The average price per foot was $635 with the average days on market 35 which was quite a bit longer than the average DOM of 21 in July.
