Hawthorne Home Prices Average Over $1,000,000 in March!

Welcome to the Hawthorne Real Estate Report for MarchParkside Village kitchens

It was a fairly slow month in terms of the number of homes that closed escrow.  There were 13 home sales in Hawthorne compared to 16 in February.

The average “list” price was $1,045,377 with the average sold price at$1,060,269 which was a significant jump from the average $898,556 in February and an even bigger jump from January and December 2023.  This also meant that the homes that sold generally sold above the full list price.

The average price per foot was $704 which was much improved from February’s $666 a foot but below January’s average.  Homes averaged 45 days on market before selling but the median was a brief 13 days.

16 Home Sales in Hawthorne at an $898,556 Average PriceWelcome to Parkside Village

Welcome to the month that was for real estate in Hawthorne CA for February.  The number of homes that sold was back up a bit to 16 compared with only 13 in January

The average “list” price was $900,306 with the average sold price at $898,556 which was a nice jump up from the $874,917 in January and  $852,233 in December

The average price per foot was $666 (yikes) down from $750 in January but fairly typical.  Average days on market jumped up 54 which is the most amount of time sitting on the market that we’ve seen in a while.

Of the 16 homes that sold 1 was in the gated community of Fusion South Bay, and one in the gated community of Parkside Village.  There were no closed sales in Three Sixty
