The real estate market in Hawthorne kept humming along in March with an impressive 24 closed escrows…..well above the 15 homes that sold during March.

Prices were impressive with the average list price for homes that sold during the month at $1,069,367 and the average sold price was $1,068,496 which was a huge jump from $882,667 in March and  $827,571 in February.

The real estate market in Hawthorne kept humming along in March with an impressive 15 homes that sold during the month.  That was up slighly from February and well above January.

The average home price in Hawthorne during March was $882,667 which was up nicely from $827,571 in Februry but down from $954,688 in January (very few homes sold in January so average didn’t mean much)

Homes averaged $662 per square foot and homes averaged 57 days on market before going into escrow.  The median was impressive at only 19 days on market.
