While the real estate market in Hawthorne CA has been a bit slow but certainly steady, the gated community of Three Sixty in the Hollyglen neighborhood has beenFusion townhomes in Hawthorne historically slow. Up until a few weeks ago there hadn’t been a listing for months. Currently there are three homes for sale and they range from the smallest layouts to one of the largest 3 bedroom layouts. There are now 2 homes for sale in the gated community of Fusion South Bay in the Hollylgen neighborhood of Hawthorne CA.

The latest townhome to hit the market in Fusion is a 2 bedroom 2 bath “D” floorplan.  The address is 5514 W 149th Place #2 and you can see the listing information below.  The D layout is fairly popular as it’s a bit larger than the A & B smallest layouts and it has a fairly nice layout.  The first floor consists of only the entry as well as the 2 car garage.  Head upstairs to the living level with a decent sized living room opening to both the dining room and spacious kitchen as well as laundry and pantry.  One limitation on the D floorplan is that the outdoor balcony is quite small compared to some of the other layouts.  The top level features a primary suite along with guest bedroom.
