As there hasn’t been much of anything on the market in Three Sixty lately it’s nice to see that there’s soon to be one new addition. Coming soon is a beautifully

This may be the nicest condo we’ve seen in the community and we’ve been selling homes in there for a long time. It appears that just about every surface has been updated and upgraded and it’s absolutely stunning. The price is going to be one to watch as they have it slated to hit the market at a pretty stunning $960,000. The last three sales of this floorplan sold for $852,000, $820,000 and $830,000. It’s been a while since those sold but we’re not sure if the same floorplan (although beautiful) can support a price of over $100K more.

The real estate market in Hawthorne and Hollyglen just keeps getting crazier an the sale of 5438 W 142nd Place certainly makes that clear. It was certainly a very
charming and nicely maintained home but $1,237,000 is an impressive number given the location, square footage and the fact that it still had a bit of an older feel. The 1,400+ square foot single family home backed up directly to Rosecrans and across from some pretty major commercial spots. The seller and listing agent knocked it out of the park with this one. The home was listed for just under $1,150,000 and closed at a very impressive $1,237,000.
