Welcome to the real estate recap for home sales in Hawthorne CA last month. March picked up the pace a bit with 25 home sales in Hawthorne during the month which was considerably higher than the very slow February with only 16 home sales.
The median “list” price was $789,900 with the median sold price at $789,000 meaning homes generally sold fairly close to the full price.
The average price per foot was $612 with the average days on market 36 which was almost half of the month prior.
