This spacious floorplan features approximately 2,133 square feet on 3 levels. Parkside Village is a gated community very well located near COSM, Hollywood Park complexSoFi Stadium, Intuit Dome, Space X and more.

The Hawthorne CA real estate market in October was impressive with 18 homes closing escrow compared with 22 in September.
The average “list” price in October was $912,144 with the average sold price at $902,061 which was a drop from September’s $949,167 average price, but up from $894,277 in August.
Homes averaged $676 per square foot and homes averaged a fairly lengthy 71 days on market before going into escrow.

The G layout 5410 149th Pl #12 just reduced the price from $1,040,000 (which was very reasonable) to $949,000 which, in our opinion (we are not the listing agents so unbiased opinion) is now officially a good deal.
