Hawthorne Real Estate Market Report for November 2025

11 Home Sales with $1,004,455 Average PriceParkside Village Hawthorne homes

The Hawthorne CA real estate market was slower from a number of sales standpoint, but very impressive in the prices that the homes sold for.

The average “list” price in November 2025 was $1,004,895 with the average sold price at $1,004,455 which was a great increase from $902,061 in October, September’s $949,167 average price, and $894,277 in August.

Homes averaged $602 per square foot and homes averaged a very short 21 days on market before going into escrow.

18 Home Sales with $902,061 Average PriceLuxury kitchens in Hawthorne

The Hawthorne CA real estate market in October  was impressive with 18 homes closing escrow compared with 22 in September.

The average “list” price in October was $912,144 with the average sold price at $902,061 which was a drop from September’s $949,167 average price, but up from $894,277 in August.

Homes averaged $676 per square foot and homes averaged a fairly lengthy 71 days on market before going into escrow.
