Welcome to the Hawthorne Real Estate Market Report for June 2025

$1,050,540 Average Sold PriceHawthorne open houses

The Hawthorne CA real estate market in June was another strong one with 20 homes closing escrow.  That was a bit of a dip from the 25 in May but up from April’s 18 sales.

The average “list” price was $1,026,425 with the average sold price at $1,050,540 which was even higher than May’s very impressive $1,018,497 average.

The fact that homes generally sold over full price is a pretty clear indication that the summer market is alive and well.  The average price per foot was $709 and the average days on market for homes that sold was 38  before going into escrow.

The gated community of Three Sixty at South Bay in Hollyglen saw 2 home sales in June and one home sold in Fusion South Bay.

Hawthorne Real Estate Market Report for MarchLuxury interior space

10 home sales at $986,690 average price

The real estate market in Hawthorne CA was considerably slower in March with only 10 homes closing escrow compared with 17 in February.

The average “list” price was $934,877 with the average sold price at $986,690 compared with $910,227 in February, $923,619 in January and  $930,913 in December.

The average price per foot was $734 which was quite a bit higher than in February and the average days on market for homes that sold was 36 before going into escrow.

The gated community of Three Sixty at South Bay in Hollyglen played a big role with 4 home sales during the month.

The latest home to hit the market in Three Sixty in Hawthorne CA is a 2 bedroom plan 1 townhome “Row”  layout in this gated community.   We don’t have much in the way of details on the condition as there are no interior photos just yet and the home is tenant occupied so showings are a challenge at the moment.

The home is Listed by Brook Billings of Compass.

The home has had some updating including new hardwood floors and remodeled bathrooms but the rest is a bit of a mystery.  The plan 1 layout offers a traditional floorplan with the main level featuring a fairly open kitchen, dining and living room with both bedrooms being upstairs along with the washer and dryer.  Bedrooms in this layout are fairly good size.  The plan 1 features a 2 car attached tandem garage.
