Here’s a quick overview of the month that was for Hawthorne home sales and home prices in January 2021. It was a very solid month for real estate in Hawthorne CA with 18 homes selling during the month compared with 14 in January of 2020. The median home price was $769,000 and the average days on market was a brief 33.

The median sales price was an impressive $780,000 due in large part to home sales in 360 and Fusion South Bay. Homes averaged 22 days on market before selling.

What’s Happening in Hawthorne CA Real Estate
Real estate definitely picked up the pace in Hawthorne during the last 2 months and July was an improvement over an already solid June. June saw 33 homes sell which was the most since last September. In an even bettter sign the pending home sales have gone up ever month since April and July was a record high for the past few years with 48 homes going into escrow meaning a likely huge number of sales in August.
June Home Sales and House Prices in Hawthorne CA
June saw a nice uptick in the number of home sales in Hawthorne CA after 2 months of fairly extreme slow down. The slowdown was the result of the uncertainty caused by the covid situation. Once some things opened back up the market responded. We’ll have to see what the next wave of uncertainty brings.
