Hawthorne Home Sales and Property Prices in January 2021

Take a look below at the homes that sold in Hawthorne CA in January 2021.   It was  a  slightly slower month in terms of the number of homes with 18 that sold although that’s not unusual for  January with fewer homes going into  escrow  in December  over the holidays.  The median “list” price was $714,500 with the median sold price at $725,000 indicating a solid seller’s market. The median price per foot sold homes was $554.46.

The Highest Hawthorne Home Sale in 2020 Was in Hollyglen

The highest priced home sale of the year in Hawthorne  CA was a beautifully remodeled single family home located in the neighborhood of Hollyglen. The home, located at 13707 Rossburn was listed at $1,399,000 and sold well over list price at a fairly amazing $1,500,000. It offered 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, over 2,400 square feet on a oversized 9,642 foot lot. It went pending after 8 days on the market.
