Only 10 Home Sales in Hawthorne CA During January 2025
Hawthorne Real Estate Market Report for January
It didn’t come as much of a surprise as January is often the slowest sales month of the year (due to December being the slowest month of the year for listings and pending sales due to the holidays), but regardless….January was slow with only 10 closed home sales compared t0 18 in December.
The average “list” price was $929,799 with the average sold price at $923,619 which was down slightly from $930,913 in December but up from $888,588 in November.
The average price per foot was $673 which was fairly typical and the average days on market for homes that sold was 60 before going into escrow.

One of the 21 homes that sold in Hawthorne during December was a very nice 3 level, 3 bedroom home in the gated community of Parkside Village.
This home was listed by Joe Mendoza of Future Morgage and Real Estate.
Parkside Village is a community of freestanding (no shared walls) homes that feature some nice modern upgrades such as granite counters, AC, recessed lights and more.
12035 Stanley Park Court was a 3 level home with a first floor bedroom/office with it’s own bath and access to the backyard. The 2nd level featured a very spacious and open layout with living, dining and kitchen. Top floor offered very spacious dual primary suites.
Parkside Village has a nice clubhouse, pool, spa and small outdoor exercise/playground area.

December Another Big Month For Home Sales in Hawthorne CA
Hawthorne Real Estate Market Report for December
Despite December usually being a slower month in terms of home sales, this December that was not the case. It was a great month with 21 home sales copared to 18 in November.
The average “list” price was $933,167 with the average sold price at $930,913 which was a nice increase from $888,588 in November but down from $982,841 in October.
The average price per foot was $695 wich was well up from $606 in November but down from $732 in October. The homes that sold averaged 51 days on market before going into escrow.
Of the 21 homes that sold only 8 were in Hollyglen or Del Aire, one in the gated community of Parkside Village, one in the neighborhood of Bodger Park, and the rest scattered around Hawthorne. There were no sales in Fusion or Three Sixty.
