The average price per foot was an impressive $720 and homes averaged only 14 days on market before going into escrow.
One of the reasons these neighborhoods are priced higher than other parts of Hawthorne is the school system. Both Hollyglen and Del Aire residents attend the award winning Wiseburn School District. Good schools definitely lead to good neighborhoods.
