The latest home to hit the market in Three Sixty in Hawthorne CA is a 2 bedroom plan 1 townhome “Row” layout in this gated community. We don’t have much in the way of details on the condition as there are no interior photos just yet and the home is tenant occupied so showings are a challenge at the moment.
The home is Listed by Brook Billings of Compass.
The home has had some updating including new hardwood floors and remodeled bathrooms but the rest is a bit of a mystery. The plan 1 layout offers a traditional floorplan with the main level featuring a fairly open kitchen, dining and living room with both bedrooms being upstairs along with the washer and dryer. Bedrooms in this layout are fairly good size. The plan 1 features a 2 car attached tandem garage.
The townhome last sold in 2017 for $715,000.
As with all of the homes and condos in Three Sixty the home enjoys the incredible resort like amenities of Three Sixty, gated living, air conditioning and is part of the award winning Wiseburn School District.

The most recent condo sale in the gated community of Fusion South Bay in Hawthorne CA was on the market a pretty incredible 111 days before selling. 5509 W 149th Place was originally listed in April 2024 for $1,199,000 and just closed in October for $1,149,000.
The home was fairly well located within the community and was a J floorplan which is the largest floorplan in all of Fusion and features 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.
As with all of the condos and townhomes in Fusion South Bay it is part of the highly sought after Hollyglen neighborhood of Hawthorne and is served by the award winning Wiseburn School District.
Community amenities include a very nice pool and spa, small playground, half basketball court and an abundance of landscaped walking paths.

October 2024 was yet another great month for the real estate market in Hawthorne California with 22 sold homes.
The average “list” price was $975,645 with the average sold price at $982,841 which was a big jump from $884,541 in September but lower than $918,286 in August.
The average price per foot was $732 which was well up from $653 in September. The homes that sold averaged 43 days on market before going into escrow.
Of the 22 homes that sold 11 were in Hollyglen Del Aire with three of those being located in the gated community of Three Sixty and one in the smaller gated community of Fusion at South Bay. There were 4 sales in the neighborhood of Bodger Park.

The latest condo sale in the gated community of Three Sixty South Bay in Hawthorne was a relatively rare 2 bedroom penthouse unit. The condo sold for slightly below full price after just 2 weeks on the market.
