It was a very solid month for real estate in Hawthorne CA with 18 homes selling during the month compared with 14 in January of 2020.   The median home price was $769,000 and the average days on market was a brief 33.

Hawthorne Home Sales and Property Prices in January 2021

Take a look below at the homes that sold in Hawthorne CA in January 2021.   It was  a  slightly slower month in terms of the number of homes with 18 that sold although that’s not unusual for  January with fewer homes going into  escrow  in December  over the holidays.  The median “list” price was $714,500 with the median sold price at $725,000 indicating a solid seller’s market. The median price per foot sold homes was $554.46.
