What a month it was for the real estate market of Hollyglen and Del Aire in the South Bay city of Hawthorne CA. Take a look at the homes that sold in the Hollyglen and Del Aire neighborhoods of Hawthorne CA during April 2022. These
are the neighborhoods generally served with the Wiseburn School District. There were 13 closed sales during the month compared with 12 in March.

The top home sale of the month was, not surprisingly, in the Hollyglen neighborhood of Hawthorne. 5505 W 138th Place was an extensively updated and
modernized single family home on a great Hollyglen Street. The home was beautful both inside and out but at less than 1,600 square feet the $1,865,000 sales price is still pretty jaw dropping. The home was listed for $1,649,000 which seemed appropriate at the time. In this crazy market all bets are off and someone really wanted this beautiful home.

The average “list” price was $966,074 with the average sold price at $1,028,185 meaning that, in general, homes sold well higher than the list price. The average price per foot was $766 and median days on market was a brief 24.
