Things kept on an impressive pace in the real estate market of Hollyglen and Del Aire in Hawthorne with 7 homes that sold during the month at an average price of $1,068,346. The average “asking” price was $1,017,532 meaning that homes generally sold well above the list price.

Homes averaged a very short 14 days on market before going into escrow.  No home sales were in Three Sixty but one sale was in the nearby gated community of Fusion South Bay.
