Take a look below at the homes that sold in Hawthorne CA in January 2021.   It was  a  slightly slower month in terms of the number of homes with 18 that sold although that’s not unusual for  January with fewer homes going into  escrow  in December  over the holidays.  The median “list” price was $714,500 with the median sold price at $725,000 indicating a solid seller’s market.
