The average days on market was a short 30 and the median home sales prices was $768,000 again being strongly influenced by sales in the gated community of Three Sixty South Bay which had 9 of the 33 homes. May 2020 Housing Market Update for Hawthorne CA
The real estate market in Hawthorne CA was very slow in May with only 14 home sales. That’s an improvement over the 11 homes sold in April but a dramatic dropoff from the 41 homes that sold in May of 2019. This was due, of course, to the uncertainty created by the coronavirus. Prices were once again solid as inventory started to rise significantly as well. Only one of the home sales was in Three Sixty South Bay and none were in Fusion South Bay.
