Real estate definitely picked up the pace in Hawthorne during the last 2 months and July was an improvement over an already solid June. June saw 33 homes sell
which was the most since last September. In an even bettter sign the pending home sales have gone up ever month since April and July was a record high for the past few years with 48 homes going into escrow meaning a likely huge number of sales in August.
