Welcome to the month that was for real estate in Hawthorne CA for this July 2023. Things slowed a bit in July with 21 homes selling compared with 31 home sales in June….which was a pretty big month.
The average “list” price was $886,790 with the average sold price at $887,357 meaning homes generally sold right around the list price. Home prices were almost identical to the month earlier.
The average price per foot was $676 with the average days on market 21 which was extremely short…..so much for interest rates slowing down the market.

The average “list” price was $887,800 with the average sold price at $884,952 meaning homes generally sold slightly below the list prices
The average price per foot was $666 with the average days on market 43 which was almost half of the month prior.
