Welcome to the real estate recap for Hawthorne CA.  December was a great month for home sales in Hawthorne with 40 properties selling compared with only 26 in December 2019.  The median sales price was an impressive $780,000 due in large part to home sales in 360 and Fusion South Bay.  Homes averaged 22 days on market before selling.

See also the current homes for sale in the Hawthorne CA real estate market.  4 of the homes that sold during the month were in the gated community of Fusion South Bay which is pretty incredible given that only 4 homes sold in the first 6 months of the year.  4 of the homes were in the gated community of Three Sixty South Bay
