It was a great month for home sales in Hawthorne CA with 35 properties selling during the month. The median list price for the month was $690,000 with a median sale price of $705,000 indicating a really solid sellers market in this South Bay city. The lowest priced home during the month was a smaller 2 bedroom condo selling at $318,900 with the highest price sale of the month at $1,234,999 for a four bedroom single family style Terrace home in Three Sixty South Bay. The market was heavily influenced by the gated community of 360 with a stunning 10 home sales during the month.

35 September Home Sales in Hawthorne – 10 Were in Three Sixty South Bay

Hawthorne saw a really strong month for home sales in September 2019 with 35 home sales during the month.  What’s fairly incredible is that of the 35 sales, 10 of them were in the gated community of Three Sixty South Bay!  According to top realtor and 360 specialist Keith Kyle “there were only 24 total home sales in Three Sixty from the beginning of the year until the beginning of September, so to see 10 sales in one month is pretty incredible.”  360 is a fairly large gated community located in the neighborhood of Hollyglen, Hawthorne.

Hawthorne CA Home Sales for August 2019

August was a solid month for home sales in the city of Hawthorne in the South Bay of Los Angeles.  The median list price for the months was $699,000 and the median sales price was $700,000 indicating that it’s still a strong sellers market at the moment.  The lowest sale of the month was $330,000 for a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with the highest sale of the month being a whopping $1,180,000 for a 4 bedroom, 1700+ foot single family home on Clyde Park in the neighborhood of Hollyglen.  Pretty unbelievable!  Surprisingly none of the homes that sold in August were located in the gated community of 36o South Bay  which often drives overall home values up a bit.

August was a solid month for home sales in Hawthorne CA with 27 on market home sales during the month.  It is clearly still a seller’s market with the median list price at $699,000 and median sales price at $700,000.  These are big numbers for home prices in Hawthorne especially given that none of the homes that sold were in Three Sixty at South Bay which tends to drive home prices up a bit.
