The average price per foot was $656 with the average days on market 29 which was almost half of the month prior.

What a year it was for real estate in Hawthorne California.  There were 274 homes, condos and townhomes that sold during the year.  The median sales price was $878,000 and homes averaged only 21 days on the market before going into escrow.  The average price per foot was $667.
