Far less well known than some of the other gated communities in Hawthorne like Three Sixty, Fusion and Parkside Village, the community of Palm Crest offers a nice combination of size and price. HOA dues are low around $475 a month (as of 2/10/26) The community offers a nice pool and spa deck but that’s about it for the amenities.
