Located near the corner of 120th St and Van Ness, this gated community offers freestanding homes (no shared walls) with great square footage.
Built between 2014 and 2015 this gated community consists of 176 freestanding homes. The majority of the homes are 4 bedroom (originally built as 3 bedroom plus office or 2nd living room) with some additional units being 3 bedroom (again originally built as 2 bedroom with an optional 3rd).
